About Geno

I joined the amazing team at Spartan Printing and Packaging in 2025. I'm a dedicated print professional with 30 years in the printing industry starting as a folder assistant and worked my way up while learning to run all bindery equipment. I exceled as an operator for over 15 years before getting into management where my true passion of team building, increasing efficiencies and improving company turn times. I focus on lean manufacturing in a high paced environment with quality always being paramount.

In my personal time I enjoy riding motorcycles with my 24-year-old son, skydiving and training dogs.
